Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!

It was great to see you perform at the grammys. I never watch the grammys but I couldn't wait to watch them this time. I was disappointed thou, I thought the original group would be playing like in the old days instead of the tribute by other people. Also, I really didn't like the outfit you came out in, I was expecting something from the old days and didn't appreciate you leaving the stage so soon. But I did see one band member I was really glad to see which was Greg Errico the drummer and he did a great job and looked very happy. |

Sly we were performing in the Bay Area in the 60-70 time frame. I went to Vallejo High School. Your group shared the PA system for a school dance. Later we played with the BBrummels and Sons of Chaplain in Napa..then Winterland in Sf/ good luck...Roy Rogers also from Vallejo bands is doing well.......and Noly Paa is in Hawaii..

JUST WATCHED THE GRAMMYS, PRIMARLY TO SEE THE TRIBUTE TO SLY AND THE FAMILY STONE. GLAD HE DID MAKE THE APPEARANCE ON STAGE, HOWEVER IT WAS WEIRD THE WAY HE JUST WALKED OFF IN MID-SONG!!!

Thanks Joe for telling me about this site. I've liked SATFS since their first hit, "Dance To The Music". I was TOTALLY blown away with the album "STAND!". The very first night that I heard "Thank You" on the radio, I put on my shoes and coat and ran to the record store before they closed. [To no avail, I came home empty-handed, the 45 had not been released.] From that moment on, I proclaimed SATFS as the best band in the world. 30 some odd years later, I haven't changed my mind. Good to see SFS website. Fan since the beginning and still diggin the music. Recently saw the Family Stone Experience and the Phunk Family Affair. Big ups to both groups for keeping the spirit alive. |
